Enterprise Northern Ireland is the membership organisation for the local enterprise agency network in Northern Ireland. Founded in 2000, Enterprise Northern Ireland is the voice of enterprise and it provides a range of support services to its members.
Enterprise Northern Ireland Chief Executive, Gordon Gough, commenting on the news said,
“I am delighted to welcome Mallusk Enterprise Park to the membership of Enterprise Northern Ireland. This will bring additional business support capacity to the Antrim and Newtownabbey council area. Mallusk Enterprise Park will be a delivery agent on the full range of Enterprise Northern Ireland contracts, including the Northern Ireland Business Start-Up programme and Start Up Loans.”
Mallusk Enterprise Park, Chief Executive Emma Garrett said,
“Membership of Enterprise Northern Ireland is the culmination of the recent strategic review undertaken by our Board of Directors. It enables Mallusk Enterprise Park to be at the forefront of business start-up support in the area and provides us with a platform to grow the indigenous business base. We look forward to being part of a dynamic business support network across Northern Ireland.”
Enterprise Northern Ireland has 30 local enterprise agency members across Northern Ireland and holds various business support contracts, including, the Northern Ireland Business Start-Up programme on behalf of local councils; the Start-Up Loans and Northern Ireland Small Business Loan funds.
